2. Collaboration is Key:
Invite: Proactively reach out to all pertinent stakeholders. This includes both parties from the supplier side and members of your internal teams.
Tool: Invite suppliers and the internal party to the Account Plan Project (JIP) to ensure everyone’s involvement. Check out our guide about project team invites here
3. Initiate the 360° Relationship Survey:
Location: Within the JIP project, head to the Discussion Tab and share an announcement.
Announcement: Draft a comprehensive communication notifying suppliers about the 360-degree relationship survey.
Purpose: Emphasize that this survey aims to highlight potential roadblocks and gather feedback on areas needing improvement.
Deadlines: Clearly mention both the survey send-out date and its submission deadline.
4. Survey Configuration and Execution:
Tab Navigation: Head to the Survey Tab in the supplier relationship you’ve selected. This guide shows how to manage and create a survey.
Template Selection: Opt for a survey template that aligns with your objectives. Ideally, this template should feature questions linked directly to KPIs, ensuring quantitative analysis is both robust and actionable.
If you're uncertain or need a custom survey template, promptly contact your Vizibl company admin.
5. Dive into the Results:
Analysis: Once the survey results are in, spend time reviewing them to identify areas of concern or gaps in the relationship.
6. Organize the Improvement Discussion:
Where: In your JIP project, select Add Activity.
Create: Set up a new Event dedicated to addressing and discussing these identified gaps.
Agenda: Clearly detail the event’s purpose, stressing the intention to strategize around supplier and buyer relationship improvement.
Participants: Ensure you invite all necessary stakeholders to this crucial event.
7. Make the Most of the Meeting:
On the Day: As the meeting unfolds, keep Vizibl open.
Access: Navigate to the event you’ve created.
Documentation: Diligently note down all meeting minutes in the designated area within the platform.
8. Task Allocation:
Assign tasks right from the Even functionality: Based on the meeting outcomes, assign tasks to both suppliers and buyers.
9. Roadmap Your Strategy:
Listing: Go to the Account Plan to add in all strategic goals you’ve mutually agreed upon.
SMART Goals: Ensure that every goal outlined aligns with the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).
Linking: Boost oversight by tying these strategic goals to other collaborative projects within Vizibl.
10. Visual Tracking:
Creation: Use Value Trackers to craft a visual representation of the journey toward goal realization.
Link: These trackers can then be linked to your strategic projects, offering a clear and dynamic roadmap of progress and achievements.
