A project template is required to create a project. To get started, navigate to the project templates section in the Master Admin:
From here you can Add, Edit or Delete a template.
Add a New Template
In order to create a new Project Template, you are required to select a name, a Project Type from your existing project types, and define at least one stage.
Optionally, you can also choose to define a set of Project Tag Rules, define which Statuses & Outcomes should be available for projects using the template, and enable Project Check-ins.
Edit a Template
Should there be any changes to the project processes, you can edit an existing template in the Template list. Please note that editing a template will affect all projects currently using it and any existing projects may require being edited to reflect the change. Make any changes necessary and confirm your changes in the confirmation prompt.
Delete a Template
If you no longer require a specific template, you can choose to delete it. Simply open the Edit window and choose the Delete option. This action will not delete all projects currently using the template. However, please note that it will affect all projects currently using the template and any existing projects may require being edited to reflect the change.
