What is Relationship Overview Dashboards
Relationship overview dashboards are the best way to tell the story of your relationship through data. Whether it's performance you want to showcase, projects, tasks, up-and-coming events or anything related to how the relationship is managed, the possibilities are endless in how you drill down into the specifics.
Relationship Admin Managers can assign one of their dashboards as the default for that relationship, granting much more control over the data that the relationship team can access.
How it works
As a Relationship Manager or a user with organisation/company admin permissions, select a relationship and observe the option to add a dashboard to the relationship.
In the next modal, you will be given the choice to select any dashboard that you have created.
3. Select a dashboard and save the dashboard as the default for the relationship.
Note: If you have more data from different relationships on a dashboard added as an overview, it will only show data from the one it's added to.
Pro tip: Say goodbye to individual dashboards and have to build the same widgets for every one of your relationships. You could build global dashboards and include information from across all. When you add it as an overview of one relationship, the data will be filtered accordingly.
The widgets are loaded in the relationship overview in the same layout as they are on the reporting dashboard. Each user who navigates to this dashboard views the ‘default view’ that was set for this dashboard at the Reporting level.
You can pan and zoom in or out of the relationship default dashboard canvas, the same way as the reporting dashboard (using the zoom level selector or + and - buttons).
Here is a short demo on how to add an overview dashboard to a relationship, zoom in and out and arrange it to your desired position:
