Reporting Dashboards

Reporting on supplier relationship management, supplier sustainability, and innovation can provide various benefits for organizations. From achieving transparency, mitigating risks, optimizing costs, satisfying stakeholders, gaining a competitive advantage, and building long-term resilience in the ever-evolving business landscape, the possibilities are endless with Vizibl's Reporting Canvas Dashboards.

Here's an example of Performance Reporting:

The Reporting section can be found by navigating to the statistics icon in the main navigator.

Visibility and Editors

On the left side, you will find an expandable list of all dashboards you own and have access to. The top navigation contains information about the owner, current visibility, and option buttons to amend these and add more editors to it. You can also add a description to your dashboard which can be a summary of the information that is presented on it.

Note: Unless you specifically add users as editors, anyone who you share a dashboard with will have view-only permissions.

For any user added either as editor or view-only access, the data will be filtered based on their permissions. For example, someone with access to relationship A will only see relationship A data on a dashboard containing data from relationships A, B, C, D, etc.

Dashboard general settings

The right side of the navigation menu contains option buttons to export a dashboard, set a recurring schedule, refresh data (recall the latest information), zoom in/out, edit layout, add a new dashboard, and add a widget on the current dashboard.

Resizing widgets

Clicking ‘Edit layout' sends each widget into the edit state. Once in the edit state, the width and height of a widget can be increased or decreased by clicking on one of the points around the widget and dragging. Widgets do not have a set maximum height or width.

However, each widget has a designated minimum width, height, and overall size. A clear error message will inform you of which limitation has been reached if you attempt to shrink them past the minimum required size.

Moving and positioning widgets

Widgets can be moved once in the edit state by clicking and dragging them to a new place in the canvas dashboard. Although dashboard widgets can be overlapped, hovering over a widget brings it to the front so it can be interacted with. Newly added widgets are brought to the front of other widgets if overlapped. The newly added widget appears with a yellow border so that it stands out to the user.

Here is a short demonstration of adding a widget, resizing it, and moving its position:

Default View

When the dashboard is edited and widgets are resized as desired, clicking ‘Save Layout’ will allow you to save the present view and an option will be presented to update the "default view" or save the layout without changing it. When the default view is updated, it is updated for all users who navigate to this dashboard.

If a user who views the dashboard has a much larger or smaller screen, the zoom percentage will increase or decrease as much as possible to allow the same widgets/view to be seen on their screen.

Exporting a dashboard

When exporting the dashboard or scheduling an email export of the dashboard, you will receive a view of your entire dashboard, presented as a true representation, exactly as you have laid it out, in the format of a .PNG.

In the realm of data visualization dashboards in Vizibl are blank canvases where you have full control of organizing information to present data clearly and effectively.
