The performance dashboard visualises the performance data uploaded and published for the relationship giving you insight into both current and past performance.
The overall score section of the performance dashboard shows you the overall performance score for the relationship in the selected time period, as well as the development of the overall performance score over time. You can also highlight any KPI group to view its individual performance score for the current period as well as over time.
The performance score takes into account all KPI groups and KPIs in the performance dashboard. The higher the individual KPI score, the higher the overall score. The higher the weighting of a KPI or group, the higher the impact they have on the overall performance score.
An individual KPI score is an indicator of target deviation. That means that the closer the KPI is to its target, the higher its score. The overall performance score is thus aggregate indicators of KPI target deviation. The closer the KPI values are to their targets, the higher the group scores and the higher the overall performance score. If the KPI hits or exceeds its target, the KPI score is 100.
Performance rating
The lower section of the dashboard contains the groups that are part of the dashboard, and the KPIs in them. Here you can get the insight that you need to decide on targeted improvement action in the different areas of performance.
The performance rating of an individual KPI score and the overall performance score reflect the position of the score in a predefined range. The overall range has three predefined sections that reflect green, amber or red.
You can view the performance details of each specific KPI separately. Simply click on the KPI to get more details into the performance, including current values and changes over time:
If you want a broader overview of performance across all your relationships you can set up separate reporting widgets in the Reporting section to do just this.
