You can configure when and how linked services (such as Evernote and Instapaper) are refreshed. Open Settings and tap Import Settings.
Reload on Launch
Turn on Reload on Launch to refresh data when the app starts (or when returning from the background). If it is off, pull down on the Reading List to refresh manually.
If Refresh Service is set to Do Nothing, the app does not refresh automatically.
Refresh Service
Choose what to refresh when you pull down on the Reading List: Refresh Evernote, Refresh Instapaper, Refresh All Services, or Do Nothing.
If you choose Refresh All Services, Voicepaper refreshes Evernote and Instapaper in order. Services you are not logged in to are skipped.
Import limit
You can set the maximum number of items to import per refresh for each service (5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30). If refresh takes too long, try a smaller number.
Swipe to delete behavior
When you swipe left to delete an item on the Reading List, you can choose whether to delete (or archive) it on the linked service as well.
If you choose Do Nothing, the same item can be imported again on the next refresh.
After changing these settings, pull down on the Reading List to refresh and apply them.
