Easy and secure payment methods on Volunteer World

The easiest and safest way to pay your deposit is via PayPal or credit card. When you confirm your reservation on our secure platform, you will be automatically directed to these payment options. This process is fast, safe, and designed to give you a smooth booking experience without extra steps.

Using these methods ensures your payment is instantly registered, allowing you to secure your volunteer spot immediately.

Note: if you choose Cuba as a destination, there is an exception regarding the payment of the deposit that must be made manually. No worries, just contact our team via the live chat or e-mail and they will easily guide you through the process. :)

Bank Transfer Option

As a fallback or alternative, you may also pay your deposit by bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT).

Important: The bank account details we provide are strictly for paying the deposit only.

Please do not use these bank details for the final payment, as the final payment will be handled by your host organization write after the deposit payment.

Bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) will be offered in certain cases:

  • If you choose Cuba as your destination, where the deposit must be paid manually

  • If you prefer bank transfer over PayPal or Card

  • Or if you experience any issues with the regular payment options on the platform

Please always contact us before making any bank transfer — our team is ready to guide you and ensure everything goes smoothly, helping to avoid any misunderstandings or delays.

If you have any questions or difficulties with your deposit payment, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to support you and will gladly help you find the best payment option for your needs.
