Congratulations! You have successfully made a reservation with your dream volunteer program. You don't know when and how to continue with the payment? Don't worry, the final payment process is not difficult at all.

This article will give you some advice on how the final payment process works.

After paying your deposit, the program fees will be coordinated with the project. The project coordinator will send you an invoice containing payment details and inform you of the deadline and method for making the final payment.

When

The time of making your final payment depends on the payment decision of your social project. You have already received details concerning the final payment in the offer sent by the social project. There should be information about when you have to pay the remaining fees.

How

The social projects have three options for how you can pay:

  1. PayPal

  2. Cash payment at the project site

  3. Credit card/Bank transfer

Usually, social projects arrange a cash payment at the project site or a bank transfer.

In case the social project decided for paying the program fees via PayPal or with a credit card, you have to make your final payment at the latest 35 days before your volunteer program starts.

If you pay cash, you pay the remaining part of the program fee (approx. 82%) on-site once you arrive.

Manage your money abroad

Note: If you are unsure about this payment, please revisit your message history in the application details or contact the social project again.
