Whenever you need to contact a volunteer, you can easily do this within our communication system on Volunteer World. Usually, social projects need to get in touch with volunteers, once they received an application from a volunteer. They can then discuss further details.
1. Log in to your Volunteer World account.
2. Click on the tab "Applications".
3. Select the applicant and the regarding application you'd like to contact.
4. Click on "Details" to see further details about the applicant, the application, and the status.
5. Click on "Contact Volunteer".
6. You can now write a message to the volunteer.
