We are glad that you have decided to volunteer abroad. You have found your dream volunteer program and you are all ready to apply, but don't know how to do this?
Don't worry, our application process is easier than you think!
1. Go to the program page of your chosen volunteer program.
2. On the right-hand side, you will see the reservation box.
Pick a start and an end date, the number of volunteers and click on the green "Reserve" button.
3. Double-check your travel information and the information about arrivals on-site.
Please verify if the fields in the section "Your Trip" are filled in correctly. Then, make sure that you are aware of all the details on arrival by checking out the dedicated section. You'll find further information on the availabilities of the program, as well as on the payment process.
4. Write a short application text and send your application.
We highly recommend you write a short application text, even though it is not mandatory. It is your opportunity to show your motivation to join the program and to explain why you are a good candidate, but also to tell about your qualifications if some are required. Another advantage is that you can directly ask the local coordinator for support eg. if you want to get additional services on-site.

If everything is correct and suits you, click on the green button "Send Application". :)
The application has now been sent to the social project. 📪
5. Verify your personal data
If needed, click on "Edit" to modify your personal data. If everything is correct, click on the button "Done".
6. Upload the required documents
For some programs, documents are required. Please go on your application and check out the section "Required Documents" to know if your preferred program has a list of required documents to participate.
By clicking on the blue "Upload Documents" button, you can upload the required documents directly from your computer.
Most of the time, you can still send those documents at a later stage once you are already in contact with the coordinators. So, if you don't have all the required documents at hand, you can still apply. :)
If the social project accepts your application, you will receive a personalized offer. You may also receive follow-up questions from the social project.
Please be aware that this could take a couple of days. But don't worry, we will notify you via email if there is any news on your application.
