Handling our platform functions might seem complicated at first, but with the support of our Helpcenter articles, you will understand them in no time. In this article, you will learn how to change your email address, in case your contact person changed or you simply have a new email address.
Please keep in mind that if your contact person has changed you need to change your contact person on your social project page accordingly.
1. First, click on the settings button in the top menu.
2. Click on "Email".
3. Click on the button "Add new".
4. Enter your new email address and click on "Save".
You will now receive a confirmation email to your new email account. Log in to your email account and click on the confirmation link to activate your new email address.
Please, have a look into your spam filter as well if you can't find the confirmation email.
5. Click on "Action" and "Set as Primary".
New messages from our community management team and from volunteers will be now send to your newly added email address.
