Please keep in mind that if your contact person has changed you need to change your contact person on your social project page accordingly.
Access Settings: Log in to your account. Click on the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner and select "Settings."
Navigate to Email Options: In the left-hand menu, click on "Email."
Add a New Email: Select "Add new," enter your new email address, and click "Save."
Verify Your New Email: Check your inbox for a verification email from Volunteer World. Click the link to confirm your new email address.
Set the New Email as Primary: Return to the "Email" section in settings. Click "Action" next to the new email and select "Set as primary."
Optional - Remove the Old Email: If desired, click "Action" next to the old email and select "Remove" to delete it from your account.
New messages from our community management team and from volunteers will be now send to your newly added email address.
If the email change process is interrupted, your original email will remain active as the primary login method.

Changing Your Password
Once you have successfully updated your email, you can also change your password:
Go to "Settings" from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of your homepage.
Navigate to the "Password" section.
Enter your current password, followed by a new password. Save the changes.
Troubleshooting Email Changes
Sometimes, you might encounter issues while updating your email. Here's how to address common problems:
Issue: Cannot Log In with New Email
Ensure the email change process is completed entirely. Log in using your original email address.
Double-check if the verification step was completed. The new email must be confirmed via the verification link sent to your inbox.
Verify that the new email address is marked as "Primary" in your account settings.
Retry the steps outlined in the "Changing Your Email Address" section to ensure accuracy.
