Handling our platform functions might seem complicated at first, but with the support of our Helpcenter articles, you will understand them in no time. In this article, you will learn how to change your email address, in case your contact person changed or you simply have a new email address.
Please keep in mind that if your contact person has changed you need to change your contact person on your social project page accordingly.
1. Please click on „Settings“ in the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Click on „Email“ in the left menu
3. Click on „Add new“, enter your new email, and click „Save“
4. You will receive an email - please confirm
5. Click „Action“ and select „Set as primary“. As of now, this email address is used to log in and will receive all emails from our website.
6. The last step would be to click „Action“ behind the old email address and select „Remove“.
New messages from our community management team and from volunteers will be now send to your newly added email address.
