User Recording the Cash Transfer
You can record on the platform any cash received from another cash holder.
1. Go to Banking, then click on your cash account.
2. In your cash account, click on New Cash Transfer +
3. Enter the transfer date. Select From other cash holder as the Transfer Type, then select the cash holder you have received the cash from.
4. Fill out any other information, then click Add cash transfer.
Your own cash account has now been credited. With the same amount being debited from the cash account you listed receiving funds from.
Administrator Recording the Cash Transfer
You have just given some cash to a user. Record it on the platform, so you know where the cash is.
Please Note: Only Administrators can record cash transfers to another cash holder.
1. Go to Banking, then click on your cash account.
2. In your cash account, click on New Cash Transfer +
3. Enter the transfer date. Select To other cash holder as the Transfer Type, then select the cash account you wish to transfer the money to (who you are giving the cash to).
4. Fill out any other information, then click Add cash transfer.
The balances on the two cash accounts have now been updated, reflecting the transfer.
