Record Cash Withdrawals, Funds In, Transfer Out and Account Fees

Cash Withdrawals

1. Go to your card account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.

2. Transaction type: Select cash withdrawal.

3. Select the cash account you are crediting the money.

4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.

The cash withdrawal has now been recorded on your card account, and your cash account balance has been updated.


Funds In

Record funds transfer from a bank account or funding source to your card.

1. Go to your card account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.

2. Transaction type: select Funds In.

3. Select the bank account you are moving funds from.

4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.

The funds in the transaction have now been recorded on your card account and will show in your bank account.


Transfer Out

Return funds to a bank account.

1. Go to your card account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.

2. Transaction type: select Transfer out.

3. Select the bank account you are moving the funds to.

4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.

The transfer out has now been recorded on your card account and will show in your bank account.


Account Fee

Record any bank fee separately.

1. Go to your card account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.

2. Transaction type: select Account fee.

3. Enter the date, description and amount (Cost centre and additional fields are optional).

4. When ready, click Add Transaction.
