Repository

Updated over 6 months ago

The repository is a central storage location where files and data related to a show are stored and managed.

When you click into the repository, you will see a list of files named as the specific show code. Each show code added to the system, will automatically create a folder in the repository with the name of the show code.

To find the show in the list of folders, you can use the search bar to type the first three letters of the show code you are looking for.

Please Note: Only closed shows will have files in the folders readily available to download.

In the folders you will find the following: Financial Reports – Closed Show Report. The closed show reports consist of all transactions allocated to that specific show code.

Repository Page Breakdown

Reports By Month

The second part to the repository folder is the reports by Month. This is where you can see every show that has been closed on a daily basis for the entire month.

If you click into the month and have closed the show, you will then be able to see a list of reports containing ‘Closed show reports and the ZIP file that corresponds with that report.

The ZIP file also contains the Receipts folder. To review the shows that have been closed per day, please refer to the ‘Reports’ and then to the correct month folder.

The Excel download will show you every show that was closed on that specific date including the REP that was allocated to the show. These reports are only generated once a show has been closed. If no shows were closed on a certain date, no report will be generated.

Archiving Repository Files

These can be found at the very bottom of the Repository page. They will appear here when a show has been closed.

A single ORANGE X means there are transactions tagged to this show, and by pressing the X you can move this folder from the main repository to the archive. If there are transactions allocated to the show, they can only be archived not deleted.

A RED X means there are no transactions tagged to this show and you can delete the show code completely. Once you press the red x this show will be deleted from the repository and the show code list.

When completing an action whether it is archiving or deleting a show code it will ask you for confirmation before completing the action.
