How to Add Your Voly Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Before you start, make sure you have:

How to Identify your Card Type

B4B Cards - Physical

  • These have a unique 9-digit ID number printed on the back of the card.

  • B4B contact details on the back of the Card

  • B4B Cards will also state in the bottom left-hand corner "This Card is issued by B4B Payment pursuant to licence by Mastercard International. For Full conditions of use, refer to www.b4bpayments.com"

Please note: Newly issued physical B4B cards will not include Yachting on the front of the card.

B4B Cards - Virtual

  • To view your card details, you will have signed in to the B4B portal and followed the instructions found here

Equals Money Cards - Physical

  • Voly's contact details can be found on the back of the card

  • Equals Money Cards will state in the bottom left-hand corner "This card is issued by Equals Money International Ltd. pursuant to licence by Mastercard International. Powered by Equals"

Equals Money Cards - Virtual

  • View your card details within the Voly Mobile App

Adding to Apple Pay:

1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

2. Tap the + icon in the top corner to add a new card.

3. Select Debit or Credit Card and tap Continue.

4. Position your card in the frame to scan it automatically, or tap Enter Card Details Manually.

  • If you have a B4B Voly Mastercard, follow the instructions found here to find your card details.

  • If you have an Equals Money Voly Mastercard, you can get your virtual card details by going to the Voly app, selecting Manage This Card > View Card Details, authenticating with biometrics, and copying your card number, expiry date, and CVC into Apple Wallet.

5. Apple will verify the card with the issuer. You may be asked to confirm your identity via a one-time passcode sent by SMS or email.

6. Once verified, your card will appear in Apple Wallet and be ready to use with Apple Pay.

Adding to Google Wallet:

1. Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.

2. Tap Add to Wallet, then select Payment card.

3. Scan your card with your camera, or tap Enter details manually.

4. Retrieve your card number, expiry date, and CVC from the Voly app (Manage This Card > View Card Details, authenticated via biometrics) if entering manually.

5. Follow the prompts to verify the card — this usually involves a one-time passcode from Equals Money sent by text or email.

6. Once verified, your card is added and ready for tap-to-pay purchases with Google Pay.

Keeping Your Card Details Secure

  • Never share your full card number, expiry date, or CVC with anyone. Neither Voly, B4B, nor Equals Money will ever ask for these details directly.

  • Only enter your card details into the official Apple Wallet or Google Wallet apps — not into any third-party site or link.

  • If your card is ever lost, misplaced, or you suspect fraud, use the **Suspend This Card** option in the Voly app immediately, and report it to Voly, B4B, or Equals Money as appropriate.

If You Don't See the Option Yet

If Apple Wallet or Google Wallet doesn't recognise your card, or manual entry is rejected:

  • B4B-issued cards: Double-check you're entering the details exactly as shown in the B4B portal, and try again with a stable connection. If it still doesn't work, contact Voly support

  • Equals Money cards: Double-check you're entering the details correctly from both the card and the card details via the Voly Mobile app, and try again with a stable connection. If it still doesn't work, contact Voly support
