Manage your Voly Prepaid Card - Mobile App

There are several options for managing your Voly Prepaid card within the mobile app.

You can;

View your pin (biometrics will need to be enabled in your settings first)

Suspend the card - if the card is misplaced/lost you can suspend it until it's found/replaced

Load/unload funds - add/remove money onto the cards as needed (permissions required)

To manage your card within the mobile app you will have to click on Manage this Card as seen in Image 1. This can be found on the card home screen of the mobile app.

Once you have selected Manage this card you will be taken to the next screen – as seen in Image 2 This gives you the different options associated with that card.


Manage your PIN

Viewing your PIN is simple to do within the mobile app.

Once you are on the manage you card screen you will need to select View PIN.

This will then take you to the biometric screen and ask for your fingerprint. Once scanned it will then display your PIN Number on the phone screen.

Please note you MUST enable the biometrics on your device by going to My Account and Enable Biometrics.


Enabled Biometrics to view your PIN

1. To find the Biometrics within the Voly Mobile App you will need to complete these steps.

Three Lines in the top right corner > My Account > Personal Details

The Biometric enable button is located here and must be toggled to the ON position. Otherwise, you will not be able to view your card PIN within the mobile app.

Please Note: All other settings will need to be changed via the desktop version of the platform


Suspend & Unsuspend your Voly Prepaid Card

If you believe to have lost or misplaced, your Voly Prepaid Mastercard. You can suspend it within the mobile app to keep the money from being spent.

To do this you will choose the option of Suspend this Card from under the Manage this card options.

To suspend the card all you will need to do is click the suspend card toggle and that card will no longer be able to be used for transactions until you either unsuspend the card to use again. Or report it as lost/stolen to either Voly or B4B
