Notifications

Notifications are automatically enabled on the platform, if you cannot see it as a user, please contact your Client Relationship Manager.

Clicking the toggle to Yes will result in an email being sent notifying when events happen on the platform such as an approval request or funds need to be placed on Cards or Floats. Marking the toggle to No will result in no emails notifications being sent to you unless you decide to change it later.

Notifications can be changed by each user by going to Settings > Notifications

Changing this setting can only be done by the user

Note: Notifications are currently via email only.

You can toggle these to yes (active) or no (inactive) anytime you require.

You can toggle both the Approvals and the Cards and Floats events in their entirety. This means you will be notified of any actions that have happened in those sections of the platform.
