If you have exchanged cash from one currency to another, you can reflect this on Voly by creating a Currency Exchange in your cash account.
1. Navigate to the Banking tab, then click on the cash account of the currency you wish to exchange
2. In your cash account, click on New Cash Transfer +
3. Enter the Transfer Date and then select the Transfer Type as Currency Exchange from the drop-down list
4. Select which currency you which to exchange the cash into
5. Enter the Transfer Description in the box and select a Cost Centre if applicable
6. Enter the amount of cash which you exchanged and the amount of cash in the new currency you received
7. Click Add Cash Transfer
8. The amount will now show as Money Out on your current cash account and Money In on the cash account of the corresponding currency
