Loading and unloading the Voly Mastercards will only be done by those with permission to do so. Usually, this falls to the administrators and/or Captains.
This can be done in the mobile app under the manage your card button. Once on the manage your card screen, you will see the Load/Unload Funds button.
When selected, it will take you to the next screen, where it will show the card balance and will then give you the options to load the card (add money) or to unload the card (remove money) as and when it is needed.
The load/unload feature on the Voly Mastercards completes straight away. So, there is no delay when adding funds for the crew/users
