When it comes to referral rewards through Vouch, there are certain "race conditions" that apply. If a Candidate accepts multiple referrals for the same job posting through Vouch, the Voucher who got their referral accepted first will be eligible for the reward.

However, it's important to note that processes outside of Vouch are also subject to these race conditions. This means that if the Candidate had already applied to the job before accepting the Vouch referral, the Voucher would not be eligible for the reward.

To avoid any misunderstandings, it's essential that the Customer informs Vouch of any parallel processes as soon as they occur. Otherwise, the Customer will still be required to pay the referral reward as Vouch is not responsible for any Candidate process outside of the platform.
