A Voucher may be eligible for a reward if the if a referred Candidate is hired by a Customer as a result of the referral.

As a general rule, the referral that is first accepted by the Candidate for a specific Job Posting is eligible for a reward if the Candidate is hired, provided that the other requirements in the Terms & Conditions are also fulfilled.

A Voucher may also receive a reward for hires not directly linked to the specific Job Posting the referral was submitted to, but whether the voucher is eligible, and for how much, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
