By vouching for a candidate, the voucher may, under the right circumstances as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, be eligible for a referral reward if a Candidate is hired by a Customer as a result of the referral.

Provided that all other requirements have been met, the Voucher is in the running for the referral reward if the Candidates accepts the referral within 30 days after it was made, and has not already accepted any other referrals for the same Job Posting or actively applied for the jobs directly to the company.

If a Candidate is hired for a different role or a different scope than the Candidate were referred to by, a Voucher may also be eligible for a full or split referral reward depending on the circumstances for the hire that will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
