If you are eligible for a referral reward for the hire in question, Vouch will contact you after a confirmation has been provided by the Customer and the Candidate has approved that we share the information with you.

Then, we will share the great news with you formally!

We will then collect your payment details and process the payment the month or the month after the Candidate has their first day in the new job.
