Well, probably a bit less than you would've wanted, but it only boils down to the protection of privacy for the Candidate.

You will be informed on whether or not the Candidate has responded to the referral, and whether or not the Candidate is in process with the Customer or not. When you are informed that a Candidate is no longer in process with the Customer, we cannot inform you on the reason for this and whether it was the Candidate that turned down the opportunity or the Customer that rejected the Candidate.

Since you already know the Candidate you vouched for, you are free to follow up with the Candidate directly, but we hope you understand that we will not be able to provide you with detailed information about the process.

Sometimes, you as a voucher know more than us too as you have direct dialogue with the Candidate, but upon a Hire we require consent from the Candidate to inform you before we can formally share the good news.
