You are more than your CV.

We believe people are more than their CVs. That's why we leverage the power of referrals instead.

But for the hiring companies to make sense of your profile, you must add some critical information. When accepting the vouch, you are asked to confirm your contact details and LinkedIn profile link, if you have one.

That's really all that is required. Clean, simple and easy.

Bonus points can be given, though: We know companies value a short comment on why the opportunity triggered your interest, so we'll let you add one. We'll also let you opt-in to add your CV and other relevant links, as well as add relevant tags and so forth. But only if you feel for it.

There's one caveat: Sometimes, LinkedIn profiles or similar online profiles could be pretty scarce in information, making it hard to assess your profile. You probably know this already, in which case it makes sense to invest a bit more in updating your LinkedIn profile as soon as possible or adding additional information. If it's too hard to tell, the Vouch team will most likely contact you for more information.
