Please remember that changing the learner’s expiration date (inactivate a leaner) requires proper access to the Voxy Command Center.
In some cases, your Customer Success Manager or your Channel Partner Manager should be aware of the changes beforehand. Kindly note that the purpose of this process should be one of the following:
Postpone the learner’s access to the platform
Remove access to the platform, by switching it to the past
Here’s the step-by-step process on how you can change the expiration date of the learner’s account:
Select the learner’s account:
Look for the pencil icon in the learner’s account.
Once you are in the learner’s account, you will have the option to edit the Expiration Date. Lastly, don’t forget to hit “Submit”.
