Moving learners between groups is possible as long as you have proper access to the VCC (Voxy Command Center). To proceed with the process, please follow these steps:
Access the following link: https://commandcenter.voxy.com/#/learners/.
Choose the specific learner that you intend to move.
Once you are inside the learner's account, locate and select the "Feature Group" option.
The system will display a prompt requesting your confirmation to proceed with the change.
