Live Instruction Code of Conduct
When you participate in Voxy’s live instruction classes, we kindly ask that you respect your teachers and peers by following our code of conduct:
Be Punctual: Arrive on time and stay for the entire class to make the most of the session.
Mind the Mic: Please mute your microphone when you're not speaking to help maintain a clear sound for everyone.
Practice Patience: Allow your teacher or fellow learners to finish speaking before you jump in. Everyone deserves a chance to share!
Respect Everyone: Treat all learners with kindness and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.
Keep It Comfortable: We aim for a friendly environment, so please avoid any language that could make others feel uncomfortable. This includes profane, rude, or violent remarks.
Guard Privacy: We value everyone’s privacy. Please refrain from asking for personal information from teachers or other participants and avoid taking pictures, videos, or screenshots during class.
Dress Appropriately: We ask that you wear appropriate clothing, such as a shirt and pants, while in class.
Limit Distractions: To make the most of your learning experience, please find a quiet and safe place to attend class, avoiding driving or talking on the phone.
One Login Per Learner: Each account is meant for one user, so please refrain from sharing your account with friends or family.
Age Requirement: Our live instruction classes are for adults, so participants must be 13 years or older.
Speak in the language you are learning: Let’s create an immersive environment by using the language you are studying as much as possible for speaking and writing during our sessions.
