How can I verify my completed courses and ensure I’m on track with my learning path?

Follow these steps to view your completed content and track your progress within the platform:

  1. Open the Catalog: Log in to your account and navigate to the Catalog section.

  2. Select Your Category: Choose the area you wish to review (Smart Courses, Courses & Units, or Smart Lessons).

  3. Clear All Filters: On the left-hand sidebar, remove any active filters. This ensures you are viewing the full library without restrictions.

  4. Apply the "Completed" Filter: Once the list is cleared, select the "Completed" filter. You will now see a comprehensive list of all activities you have successfully finished throughout your program.

Troubleshooting & Common Questions

  • Missing Courses: If a course you finished isn't appearing, double-check that all other filters (such as "Level" or "Topic") are cleared. Active filters are the most common reason completed content stays hidden.

  • Level Changes: If you see incompleted courses at different proficiency levels, don't worry! This often happens after a level advancement. Completing a course at a previous level remains part of your permanent record and does not negatively impact your current progress.

  • Technical Sync: If you just finished a lesson and it hasn't appeared yet, try refreshing your browser to sync your latest activity.
