Which one should you choose
Meal Planner works best if you want less decision-making around food. Having a plan already in place reduces the daily cognitive load of figuring out what to eat, and makes logging simple — you're just confirming what you already planned.
Flexible Dieting works best if you have strong food preferences, eat out frequently, or want complete control over what goes into your diary. It requires more effort to set up but gives you full flexibility.
ℹ️ No need to choose only one option, you can simply mix and match to give you the best of both worlds. |
Allergen support
VRTO includes built-in allergen and dietary preference filters that can be accessed at any time from both the Meal Plan Builder and the Add Recipe or Ingredient screens. Current filter options include Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Lactose Free, and Nut Free, making it easier to find meals and recipes that suit your individual needs and preferences.
