What are templates
Templates are the standardization of the data format according to your key account's unique requirements. Each of your key retailers request a specific set of information of your products within a specific set format.
With templates, Vuuh creates these requirements within your Vuuh login for each of you key accounts in order to allow your data entering Vuuh, to automatically adjust to the available templates. Removing all the manual work into filling your data accordingly to each key account.
Further, your orders can be automatically delivered, order-based directly to your key account's email or system if possible.
Choosing & mapping templates
The first step is to send to your Customer Success Manager, all templates you would like to automate. Within the list, you must include:
Name of retailer
A pre-populated file from a previous order, already on the key account's template
Estimation & prioritization
Once your CSM gets access to all the documents, we will internally build an estimate on how long it takes to build each of them.
We then proceed informing you, and given your available hours or setup within your package, you send us the prioritization of the templates we should get started with first, or opt to add additional template service hours to receive them all on your preferred timing.
Testing & adjustments
When delivering the templates for you, we request to have a few past orders sent to Vuuh, so we can test the templates for the key accounts, and adjust it as needed to perfectly fit your requirements.
Examples of what adjustments could be:
Mapping missing fields.
Identifying data not sent to us.
Values needing translation.
Template updates sent by the retailer.
