What are templates
Templates are the standardization of the data format according to your unique requirements. Enabling all raw data sent by each of your brands, to be exported with the specific information you need and in the format you require.
Vuuh creates these requirements within your Vuuh account and boost all data to automatically adjust to your template. Removing all the manual work into adjusting and requesting data while fastening your time-to-market & product creation.
Further, your orders can be automatically sent to your PIM or PLM system enabling the possibility of products to be created automatically.
Choosing & mapping templates
The first step is to send to your Customer Success Manager, an example sheet of how you want to receive data, it can be newly drafted or an existing sheet that you request your suppliers to fill out. Within the list, you must include:
Values to include
Format inside of the sheet
If possible, a pre-populated file from a previous order within this format
Estimation & prioritization
Once your CSM gets access to it, we will internally build an estimate on how long it takes to have it created.
We then proceed informing you, and given your available hours or setup within your package, you send us the prioritization of given any additional setup you have required, or opt to add additional template service hours to receive them all on your preferred timing.
