Access the orders page:
Start by clicking on the Orders tab to view your list of orders. If you are looking for a specific order, you can use the search function to find it by the order number or retailer name.

Select the Order for download:
Once you find the order you want, check the box next to it to select it. You can select multiple orders if needed.

Proceed to download:
After selecting the orders, click on Download selected orders.

Choose a template:
You'll need to select a template format for the download. Click on the dropdown button, which will show a list of available formats.

Select the format:
Choose the format that best fits your requirements from the list.

Include images in the download:
To download images along with the order data, check the box next to Include images. This ensures that all related images for the products in your order are included in the download.

Process and download:
Click Next to proceed. Once the order is processed, you'll be able to download the file containing both data and images by clicking on Download.

Access the orders page

Initiate manual data retrieval:
To retrieve data and images for specific products, click on More actions - - Download data directly. This feature allows you to manually download data and images associated with a barcode or style number.

Enter barcodes or style numbers:
Enter the barcodes or style numbers for the products you want to download. Remember:

Enter each barcode or style number on a new line, then click Next.

Select the template:
You'll need to select a template format for the download. Click on the dropdown button, which will show a list of available formats.

Include images in the download:
To ensure images are included, check the box next to Include images. This will provide you with all related images for the specified products.

Process and download:
After processing, click on Next. Once the data and images are ready, you'll be able to download the file by clicking Download.
