Access the orders page:
​Begin by clicking on the Orders tab. This will bring you to the Orders page, where you can view your orders. If you are looking for a specific order, you can quickly search using the order number or the retailer name.

Select the orders for download:
Once you find the order(s) you want to download, check the box next to the specific order to select it. You can select multiple orders at once by checking the boxes next to each one.

Download the selected orders:
After selecting your orders, click on the Download selected orders button. This will begin the download process.

Choose a template:
To ensure the order is downloaded in the format you need, you'll be prompted to choose a template. Click on the dropdown button, and a list of activated formats will appear.

Select the desired format:
From the dropdown list, choose the format that best fits your requirements. The system will generate the order file based on your selection.

Optional include images:
If you wish to include images in the download, you can make that selection during this step.

Process and download:
Once everything is set, click on Next to continue. The system will process the order, and once ready, you'll be able to download the file by clicking Download.
