Access the orders page
Initiate manual data retrieval:
To retrieve data for specific products, click on Download data directly. This feature allows you to manually download data associated with a barcode or style number.
Enter barcodes or style numbers:
Enter the barcodes or style numbers for the products you want to download. Remember:Do not mix barcodes and style numbers in the same request.
If you use a style number, you will receive data and images for all color variants associated with that style.
Enter each barcode or style number on a new line, then click Next.
Select the template:
You'll need to select a template format for the download. Click on the dropdown button, which will show a list of available formats.
Process and download:
After processing, click on Next. Once the data and images are ready, you'll be able to download the file by clicking Download.
