Downloading an order inside of Vuuh
Downloading an order is simple and can be done in just a few steps. Here’s how to do it:
Access the orders page:
Begin by clicking on the Orders tab. This will bring you to the Orders page, where you can view your orders. If you are looking for a specific order, you can quickly search using the order number or the brand name.
Select the orders for download:
Once you find the order(s) you want to download, check the box next to the specific order to select it. You can select multiple orders at once by checking the boxes next to each one.
Download the selected orders:
After selecting your orders, click on the 'Download selected orders' button. This will begin the download process.
Choose a template:
To ensure the order is downloaded in the format you need, you'll be prompted to choose a template. Click on the dropdown button, and a list of activated formats will appear. Select the desired template.
Optional include images:
If you wish to include images in the download, you can make that selection during this step. (Ensure the brand has images processed through Vuuh before selecting this option) .
Process and download:
Once everything is set, click on 'Next' to continue. The system will process the order, and once ready, you'll be able to download the file by clicking 'Download'.
Following these steps ensures that you can download your orders in the exact format you need, quickly and efficiently.
