Why does my order show "Status not available"?

If you're a retailer, the "Status not available" message appears because the status feature is part of a paid service, and it's not active on your account. This status only provides a percentage overview of how much of the data you need is available, but it doesn't affect your ability to download the order. You can still download the order immediately by pressing the download button.

If you're a brand, you will see "Status not available" for orders from retailers who haven't paid for this feature. For retailers who have paid, you will be able to view the status of the orders.
