🤓 Prerequisites :
Before getting started, make sure you have the following:
An active Make account (a paid plan is required for certain features)
An Advanced or Business paid Waalaxy subscription is necessary for API Integration.
How to connect Make with Waalaxy?
Step 1 - Getting ready
To start your setup, you first must generate a unique API key within your Waalaxy account.
Click the Gear Icon (Settings) > Integrations.
Click the blue + Create new API key button.
Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Zapier Integration") and click Generate key.
Click Copy and close. Store this key securely; you will need it to authenticate the Zapier action.

Step 2 - Set up your Waalaxy module on Make
Click on Scenarios to open your automation scenario workspace.
Click the large + (Add module) button to open the module selection panel.
Type “Waalaxy” in the search bar. The app result will appear below.
Select Import a Prospect under Waalaxy.
Step 4 - Configure the required fields for the import from Make into Waalaxy
Click on the Add button next to the Connection dropdown.
In the Connection name field enter a name for your connection (for example: My API Key connection).
In the API Key field, paste the API key you previously generated in Waalaxy.
Click on Save.
In the LinkedIn Url map the prospect's profile link.
Click on the Prospect List dropdown to choose the Waalaxy list where the new prospect should be added.
In the Allow Team Duplicates field, configure how the system should behave when a prospect is already in the list of one of your teammate:
Select Yes if you want the prospect to be imported even if a teammate already has this prospect in Waalaxy.
Select No to prevent duplicates across your team.
In the Move Existing Prospects field, select the behaviour a prospect already present in one of your lists should have:
Select Yes if you want to move an existing prospect in your Waalaxy account from his previous list to the selected list.
Select No to leave the existing prospect in its current list.
Click the Campaign dropdown to choose the campaign where the prospect should be added. This step is optional.
Choose if you allow prospects who are already in your Waalaxy account to be added to the campaign too. Select Yes or No.
Click on Save. Your Waalaxy module is now fully configured. 👌
You can now run the scenario using the Run once button, the prospect will be imported into Waalaxy automatically. ✅
