If you'd like to find out more about taking out a subscription, you've come to the right place!

💡 You can subscribe to a Waalaxy plan directly from your Waalaxy interface.

Payment methods

Waalaxy accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • SEPA direct debit (for European residents only) 💶

These are the only options available for setting up recurring payments for automatic renewals.

⚠️ All payments are made in a single installment.

For example:

If you choose a quarterly payment plan, you will pay for the entire 3-month period upfront. Similarly, an annual subscription requires a single payment for the full 12 months.

💡 Good to know

  • American Express (AMEX) cards are accepted.

  • Payment by bank transfer, invoice, check, PayPal, virtual currencies, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any alternative methods is not supported.

Commitment periods: monthly, quarterly, yearly

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the price may vary depending on:

  • Your plan: Pro, Advanced or Business.

  • Your commitment period: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

  • The number of seats required (only applicable if you're opting for a Team subscription).

🤓 Please note that on the payment page, once you have selected your plan, payment frequency, and number of seats, the total amount to be paid will be displayed when you click on "Upgrade," next to "Total to pay now".

Automatic renewal and cancellation of subscription

Automatic renewal

All subscriptions are auto-renewing, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to during purchase.

You can view the amount and date of your next invoice anytime in your Waalaxy application under Settings > Invoices, so you won't be caught off guard.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the future renewal of your subscription at any time.

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Go to the "Settings" page.

  2. Select "Invoices."

  3. Click on the "Unsubscribe from Waalaxy" button and follow the instructions.

You'll continue to have access to Waalaxy until the end of your current billing period. 😊

☝️ Example

  • If you subscribed to a monthly plan, it will end at the close of that month.

  • If you subscribed to a yearly plan, it will end at the close of that year.

💡 Good to know

  • You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the automatic renewal.

  • Upon cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the "Freemium" version at the end of your current billing period.
