Update my payment method

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the “Settings” page.

  2. Click on Invoices.

  3. In the “Next payment” section, click on “Manage billing information”.
    👉 A new page will open.

  4. In the “Payment method” section, click on “+ Add a payment method”.
    👉 A new page will open.

  5. Enter your new payment details.

  6. Click “Add” to confirm the changes.
    👉 The option “Use as default payment method” is automatically selected.

💡 Good to know

If multiple payment methods are already saved, and you simply want to set a different one as the default:

  1. Go to the “Payment method” section.

  2. Click on the three dots to the right of the relevant payment method.

  3. Click “Make default”.

⚠️ It is not possible to delete a payment method used for your current subscription.

As long as the subscription is active, this payment method must remain saved.
