What are the different subscriptions?

Discover the different subscription options available on Waalaxy

💡 Please note that each Waalaxy licence corresponds to one LinkedIn account.

If you plan to use Waalaxy, an automation tool, it's essential to warm up your LinkedIn account beforehand.

In particular, if you're not very active on LinkedIn initially, but still want to subscribe to an Advanced, Business, or Elite plan, we recommend limiting your daily quotas to 30 actions per type (invitations, messages, visits, follow-ups). This will help gradually prepare your account for higher activity levels, without the risk of being restricted by LinkedIn.


Free trial period

When you create a Waalaxy account (by logging in via LinkedIn), you automatically get a free trial of the Business plan.

1. Trial activation

To start the trial, you must enter a valid credit card (credit cards only). No charges are made at this step.

💡 You can also skip the free trial and use Waalaxy in Freemium mode, which offers limited features.

2. During the trial period

Once activated, you have access to all Business plan features. The end date of your trial is clearly displayed on the left of your home screen.

At the end of the trial:

  • If you do not disable auto-renewal, a monthly Business subscription will start automatically.

  • Your first payment will be processed. The standard price is €139/month, but it may vary depending on your country.

3. What can I do during the trial?

Cancel the trial

You can cancel the trial at any time to disable auto-renewal from Settings → Billing → Cancel my free trial.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged.

  • Your plan will automatically switch to Freemium mode.

  • No data will be lost.

💡 To check if the cancellation was successful: Settings → Invoices → Manage payments.

Switch plans (Pro or Advanced)

You can choose another plan at any time from the Subscribe page. The new plan will take effect automatically at the end of the trial.

💡 Good to know

Even if you cancel or change plans, you retain full access to Business features until the end of your trial period.

⚠️ No reminder is sent before your first charge.

Make sure to update or cancel your subscription in time if you do not wish to be billed.


Freemium version

The Freemium version gives you limited access to the Waalaxy application.
It is completely free.


Pro plan

The Pro subscription gives you access to the same features as the Advanced plan, but with reduced invitation quotas.

  • Connection requests: 11 invitations per day, i.e. around 300 per month.


Advanced plan

The Advanced plan is designed to enhance your prospecting capabilities on LinkedIn by increasing your action quotas. 🚀

Quotas

Here are the quotas per action on your Advanced plan:

  • Connection requests: 200 per week

  • Messages: between 120 and 150 per day

  • Follows: between 80 and 100 per day

  • Visits: between 120 and 150 per day

Business plan

The Business plan includes everything in the Advanced plan and is optimized for multichannel prospecting. 😎

Quotas

Here are the quotas per action on your Business plan:

  • Connection requests: 200 per week

  • Messages: between 120 and 150 per day

  • Follows: between 80 and 100 per day

  • Visits: between 120 and 150 per day

💡 Good to know

If you'd like to get more email search credits, please note that they are separate from your subscription and can be purchased individually.


However, their billing will follow the same periodicity as your main subscription.

  • For example, if you're on a yearly Waalaxy plan and you want to add an additional 1,000 monthly credits (at €40/month excluding VAT), the total amount will be billed in one lump sum for the year, i.e., €480 excluding VAT for 12 months.

⚠️ Accumulation or rollover of credits between months is not feasible.
It is not possible to purchase credits on a one-time basis.

Elite Plan

The Elite Plan includes the full Business package, plus:

  • 10,000 Email Finder credits

  • A free Sales Navigator licence

  • Personalized coaching provided by our Success Team

The coaching is divided into two parts:

  1. A 1-hour onboarding session to understand your goals, define your strategy, and share best practices.

  2. A 30-minute quarterly check-in to review your performance and suggest actionable improvements.

This plan is designed to offer you complete strategic support and help you maximize your sales success 🚀


Team feature

The Team feature is ideal for agencies, allowing multiple LinkedIn accounts to be managed under one subscription.

Features

  1. Varies based on the chosen subscription: Pro, Advanced or Business plan.

  2. Allows importing prospects from one account to another (allowing you to have one Sales Navigator for several accounts), accessing other team members’ app to set up their campaigns, mutualizing payments, and enabling anti-duplication security.

💡 Good to know

You can connect a client’s LinkedIn account to the Cloud via an authenticator app.
