You can update your billing information at any time directly from your Waalaxy account. Additionally, when subscribing to a Waalaxy plan, you can set up billing details during the checkout process. This allows you to specify any company name for invoicing, even if it differs from the account used to subscribe.
Update my billing information
Steps to follow:
Go to the āSettingsā page.
Click on āInvoicesā.
In the āNext paymentā section, click on āManage billing informationā. š A new page will open.
In the āBilling informationā section, click on āUpdate informationā.
Make the necessary changes, then click āSaveā.
Please note, updates can only be made if there are no pending or unpaid invoices linked to your account.

Future invoices: The new billing information will be automatically applied to all future invoices.
Past invoices: ā ļø It is not possible to modify billing information on invoices that have already been issued.
Checkout flexibility: During the checkout process, you can specify billing details for any company name, even if it differs from the subscription account.
Manual PDF modifications: If specific invoice requirements arise, the user may manually modify the PDF version of the invoice, but ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
