Doing automated action campaigns via Waalaxy won't do you any good if you don't have the right prospects.

Yet LinkedIn may be a goldmine for finding leads, 50% of its results are false positives.

Moreover, imports from LinkedIn to Waalaxy can take long to process.

This feature was born out of these observations. Inspired by Spotify's enrichment feature, it is based on a recommendation algorithm. ๐Ÿ‘ถ

Spotify's recommendation AI uses a sophisticated algorithm to analyze its users' listening habits and provide them with personalized recommendations.Similarly, Waalaxy takes into account your searches for 10 prospects and recommends up to 1000 similar profiles.

Among its actions, our AI :

  • Collects data on your prospecting habits.

  • Analyzes prospect characteristics.

โš™๏ธ How does it work?

1) Start by selecting 10 prospects that you think are relevant.

(Be careful, these prospects must be similar and share a common interest),

  • From your prospect lists, click on the "AI Prospect Finder" feature,

โžก๏ธ 3 business developers, 3 sales people, 4 sales managers in France

โ†’ The AI knows how to recognise lexical fields. It just needs them to practice similar jobs. The best is still to have 10 Business developpers for example.

๐Ÿ›‘ What doesn't work: 1 business developer in India, 5 recruiters in Canada, 2 freelancers in France, 2 bakers in France.

๐Ÿ’ก To wit: The more prospects and the more similar they are in your sample, the more relevant our recommendations will be.

2) Enter the number of leads you want (1,000 max)

  • Click on the "AI Prospect Finder" feature in the top right corner,

  • Select the number of prospects you would like the AI to search for, and import (1000 max)

  • Click on "Run AI". ๐Ÿค–

A small box will appear at the bottom left of your screen: the AI selects the profiles, and then automatically imports (enriches) prospects that resemble your base sample.

Your enriched leads will appear in the list you were in, with a small ๐Ÿช„ icon on their profile picture.

Once the import is complete, you can go to the Import Report from "Settings" and "Last Import".

You will be able to see the scanned leads, the number of imported leads (Success), the number of non-imported leads (Error), and the number of duplicates if there were any.

You can then start an AI Enrichment on the same list (or another one).

Since you did the first one on the basis of 10 people, and the tool has enriched it since, the AI will do a new search with more prospects and therefore, more data. ๐Ÿ’ก

๐Ÿ  Where do AI-enriched leads come from?

AI-enriched leads do not come from your LinkedIn account or LinkedIn in general.

The AI uses the prospect's location and title to find prospects that match our database.

The benefits?

We are no longer dependent on LinkedIn searches.

๐Ÿ”นIs there any risk to your LinkedIn profile?

No, AI does not interact with your LinkedIn account. So there is no risk to your LinkedIn account.

๐Ÿ”นCan I import more than 1000 leads?

You will not be able to import more than 1000 leads at once. However, you can re-run the AI to get new suggestions.

๐Ÿ’ก To know: If no leads can be found with a relevance of 95% or more, no additional leads will be suggested to you.

So, if you get fewer leads than requested on the 1st run, the algorithm will not be able to offer you more without changing the starting sample.

๐Ÿ”นWhat if I don't have a sample of 10 prospects?

There are several ways to find your initial sample.

The best ones are:

  • a customer file (to find prospects that look like them),

  • a list of prospects from a past campaign that worked well,

  • a manual selection of 10 hand-picked prospects that you find directly on LinkedIn,

In future versions, you will be able to fill in a form and, based on your answers, the AI will find you the hottest prospects in your area ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐Ÿ”นHow is lead relevance determined?

Relevance is determined by complex algorithms, which will look at the location and title of the chosen leads and find those with the best match.

Like any AI, there is an element of the unknown in its recommendations.
