Tracking my commissions
Updated over a week ago

We distinguish between two types of ambassadors:

  • Those whose country is supported by Stripe for bank transfers.

  • Those whose country is not supported by Stripe for bank transfers or any other payment methods.

When creating your ambassador account, you'll need to select your country of residence. If your country is listed, it means it's supported by Stripe. If you can't find your country, select 'Other country'. This means your country isn't supported by Stripe.

When will I get paid?

Countries supported by Stripe ✅

When your country is supported by Stripe, commissions are paid by bank transfer and a few days after earning one 👛.

Countries not supported by Stripe ❌

When your country isn’t supported by Stripe, commissions are paid once a month. On the 1st of each month, you’ll have to provide an invoice for the commissions of the previous month.

  1. Go to ‘My space

  2. My bills

  3. Click on ‘Send the invoice’ and add yours in PDF format

Note that the amount you need to put on the invoice is indicated in ‘Next payment’.

👩🏼‍🏫 Example
On June 1st, you'll be asked to provide an invoice for the commissions earned between May 1st and May 30th

How to track my commissions?

At your disposition, you have a dashboard on the home page. But also, a table with the payments’ history.

Dashboard

Here, you’ll find all the needed information about your affiliates:

  1. Their name and email

  2. The commission earned, the percentage of commission and the amount paid by the affiliate

  3. The type of operation: credit or debit

  4. The date of payment (when the affiliated paid)

💡 Good to know
A debit operation only happens when you received a commission, but the affiliate asked for a refund. The money earned will be deducted from future commissions.

Payments’ history

In ‘My Space’ > ‘My bills’, you can trace all transfers made and the date of transfer.
