💡 As soon as you subscribe to a Waalaxy plan, an invoice is automatically generated via Stripe.
Where can I download my invoice?
All your invoices are available directly from your Waalaxy account.
Steps to follow:
Go to the “Settings” page.
Click on “Invoices”.
In the “Invoices” section, click “See all my invoices”.
👉 A new page will open.From the “Invoice history”, select the invoice you want to view or download.
You can download any of your invoices at any time.
💡 Good to know
Waalaxy does not automatically send invoices by email.
You must download them manually from your account.
⚠️ Once an invoice has been issued and paid, it cannot be modified.
For example, if you notice incorrect billing information after downloading your invoice, it will not be possible to change it.
