How to unsubscribe from the Waalaxy Inbox?

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Invoices section.

  3. Under your downloadable invoices, click on Unsubscribe from Waalaxy.

  4. Finally, confirm your choice by clicking on Unsubscribe in the Inbox section.


In a team, can I access my teammates' Inbox?

No, it is not possible to view the conversations of other team members.


Is there a risk to my LinkedIn account when using the Inbox?

No, there is no risk to your LinkedIn account. ✅

Waalaxy ensures the safety of your account by using LinkedIn's standard messaging, making it impossible for LinkedIn to distinguish between different interfaces. 👻


How is my data managed?

Data management optimizes the use of the tool:

  • Memos, tags, and saved messages are preserved to avoid the need for constant recreation.

  • Information about your prospects is synchronized with your CRM.

  • Conversations are stored to ensure that you never lose client data.

  • The number of unread messages is updated regularly.

  • Conversations with the most recent messages are retained for faster loading and better filtering. 😁


Do I need to keep a LinkedIn tab open?

Yes. A LinkedIn tab must remain open to allow Waalaxy to automatically synchronize the conversations associated with your LinkedIn account.


If I subscribe to Inbox, can I choose a different billing cycle from my Waalaxy subscription?

No. If you subscribe to the Inbox option in addition to a Waalaxy subscription (Pro, Advanced, or Business), both subscriptions must have the same billing cycle.
