In this video, you will learn about how to create flows in WABB

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of creating and testing your first flow in WhatsApp Bot Builder (WABB).

A flow is a sequence of automated messages and actions that help you engage with customers, send information, collect data, and trigger follow-up actions—all automatically. Let’s get started!

Steps to Create Your First Flow

Step 1: Access the Flow Builder

  1. Log in to your WABB account.

  2. Go to the Flows section.

  3. Click Create New Flow.

  4. Enter a name for your flow and click Create & Open.

Step 2: Understand the Default Blocks

When the flow builder opens, you will see two default blocks:

  • Start Block – Defines where your flow begins.

  • Content Block – Used to send text, images, videos, files, or CTA buttons.

Step 3: Configure the Content Block

  1. Click the Content Block.

  2. On the left-side menu, add your content (text, images, or videos).

  3. Keep your content clear and engaging to maximize user interaction.

Step 4: Add Buttons

  1. After adding content, click outside the text box.

  2. Select Add Button.

  3. Enter a button title and make it a Call-to-Action (CTA).

Step 5: Add Images

Click the Image Element to upload and add images to your flow. Images can help improve engagement and make your flow more visually appealing.

Step 6: Add Other Blocks

In the bottom-right corner of the builder, click the + icon to explore different block types. Drag and drop them into your flow and connect them as needed.

Here’s a quick overview:

  • Flow Block – Connects one flow to another (e.g., redirecting users after a button click).

  • Note Block – Lets you add notes or draft content for your team.

  • Randomizer Block – Splits users into groups for A/B testing or to send different broadcast messages.

  • Content Block – Sends messages or collects user input.

  • Action Block – Performs backend actions like tagging users, assigning chats, or sending team notifications.

  • Delay Block – Adds a time gap between messages or pauses a flow until a set time.

  • Condition Block – Runs actions based on True/False conditions.

  • Menu Block – Provides multiple-choice button options.

  • Integration Block – Sends data to Google Sheets, CRMs, or other platforms.

  • ChatGPT FAQ Block – Builds an AI-powered chatbot using your uploaded knowledge base.
