View & Manage All Organization Locations
Under "View all locations or create additional locations", select the Locations button. Here, information about all locations within your organization may be viewed created. Locations may also be created, modified, and deleted.
Location Logo
Under "Upload the business logo for this location", select the Logo button. Here, you will be able to upload a PNG or JPEG of a logo for this location that appears at the top left of the staff app, and on the customer site, kiosks, and lobby displays. Each location may have its own unique logo. The recommended size is 780px wide and 200px high
Location General Information
Under "Specify the name and contact information for this location", select the Name & Address button. Here, you will be able to add and modify general information about the location including name, address, phone number, website, and time zone. You may also inactivate the location for temporary closure or delete it entirely.
Location Business Hours
Under "Specify the business hours for this location", select the Business Hours button.
Here, you will be able to add and modify business hours by week. Each day may have up to two breaks.
Location Holidays & Modified Hours
Under "Specify the holiday hours, modified hours, and days closed for this location", select the Holidays button.
Here, you may select the Add Date button to select a date in which you'd like to close the location for part or all of the day. You may also select an existing date to modify or remove. Please note, the Add Default Holidays button currently only currently populates Canadian federal holidays.
Customer Site & Kiosk Passcode
Under "Passcode", select the Passcode button. Here, you may add a passcode of four digits or more that customers must enter in order to access the customer site and kiosks.
