Organization Color & Styles
Colors
Under "Configure theme colors to be applied to all locations for each of the apps", select the Colors button. Here, you may choose colors for the text and certain elements of the staff app, customer site, kiosks, lobby displays, and the customer map. The colors you choose apply to all locations across the organization.
Styles
Under "Configure theme colors to be applied to all locations for each of the apps", select the Styles button. Here, you may choose how buttons and fields display on the customer site and kiosks. The styles you choose apply to all locations across the organization.
Note Shortcuts
Under "Note Shortcuts", select the Configure Note Shortcuts button. Here, you may create predefined notes that staff may attach to tickets. This is faster than typing notes and can ensure only specific notes are attached to tickets, if desired.
Message Shortcuts
Under "message Shortcuts", select the Configure Message Shortcuts button. Here, you may create predefined messages that staff may send to customers via the Messages tab in the ticket and appointment windows. This is faster than manually typing messages and can ensure only specific messages are attached to tickets, if desired.
