How to use Zoom for online meetings

Integrate and Sign In to Zoom

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand navigation

  2. Select Location

  3. Select Tools

  4. Select Integrations

  5. Under Preferences, select App Integrations: Connect

  6. Select Yes in the Zoom Integration dialogue box

  7. Sign in to Zoom. If you do not have a zoom account, you may create one here

  8. Select OK in the Zoom Integration confirmation box

  9. Now, if your admin has enabled online meetings for service types, a Zoom meeting link will automatically generate when Zoom is selected as the meeting platform.

    Note: Connected Zoom accounts must have meeting passcodes disabled to ensure clients can join a zoom meeting without any blockers.
